BLIX

AI-powered memecoin terminal

Rug pull scanner for Solana memecoins

A rug pull scanner has to look at the people, not only the contract. BLIX checks both on every Solana coin: the contract side (mint and freeze authority, liquidity locked or pulled, the sellable-liquidity and believable-price checks) and the people side (the dev's share and past launches, bundles and snipers from the first block, top-holder concentration, wallets linked by funding). The answer is one number, "how likely is this not a rug", with the reasons under it and the AI's read on top.

What the scanner checks

Every coin carries a safety read that answers "is this a rug?" in one number, with the reasons under it: mint and freeze authority, whether liquidity is locked or pulled, the dev's past launches (serial launchers are flagged), bundle and sniper share, top-holder concentration and whether the dev sold. A bubble map draws the wallets that are linked by funding so a coin held by one person through twenty wallets looks like it. A coin can pass the rug check and still go to zero: the check is about the setup, not the chart.

Honeypots and unsellable coins

A honeypot lets you buy and not sell. BLIX's sellable-liquidity check asks Jupiter for a real sell quote at your size and compares it to the price; a coin you cannot sell, or can only sell at a fraction, fails. The believable-price check catches pools priced far from any real trade. Emptied pools count as zero in every record, so a coin that rugged never looks like a winner in the stats.

Insiders, bundles and snipers

Wallets that bought in the same block as the coin's first trade are bundles; within two blocks, snipers. Their share and how much they have sold are on every coin from its first trade. The bubble map links wallets funded from one source, so an "organic" holder list made of one person's twenty wallets is one blob on screen. A dev who launched four coins in six hours is flagged as a serial launcher.

A short list of rug signs

  • Bundles or snipers above 20% of supply, still holding
  • The dev holding a large share, or the dev already sold everything
  • Top 10 wallets above 40%, especially when the bubble map links them
  • Mint or freeze authority not revoked after graduation
  • Liquidity unlocked, thin, or already pulled
  • The same name launched many times this hour, or a dev with a string of dead coins

The AI's read

Every coin gets a rating built from its live liquidity, holders, volume and risk signals (dev history, snipers, bundles, supply concentration), updated as the coin trades. One click runs a full read: the dev's past launches, holder concentration, socials, red flags and how the coin compares with the rest of its narrative, with a grade from A to F, a thesis and a plan.

What a scanner cannot promise

A coin can pass every check and still fall 90% because nobody wants it, and a determined team can rug a clean-looking coin later. The scanner removes the obvious ones and shows you the setup; it is not a guarantee. Size every memecoin trade for the chance it goes to zero.

More on safety and wallets

Memecoins are extremely risky and most go to zero. Nothing on this page is financial advice.

Frequently asked questions

How do I check if a Solana coin is a rug pull?

Open it in BLIX: the safety read scores the contract (authorities, liquidity, sellability) and the people (dev, bundles, snipers, concentration, linked wallets) in one number with reasons. Bundles or snipers above 20%, a dev holding big or a serial launcher are reasons to pass.

Is this a honeypot checker too?

Yes. The sellable-liquidity check asks for a real sell quote and fails coins you could not sell at a sensible price.

Does it detect bundled wallets?

Yes. Bundles (same block as the first trade) and snipers (within two blocks) are tagged from the first trade onward, and the bubble map shows wallets linked by funding.

Is the rug pull scanner free?

Yes. It runs on every coin in the terminal, and the same checks are on the API with your account (GET /api/token/<mint> and GET /api/holders/<mint>).

Does it use RugCheck?

RugCheck's report (authorities, LP, concentration) is one input. Blix adds its own holder ledger, dev history, sellability and funding-link analysis on top.
